Is there a timeframe within which I must use the accumulated cashback?

Generally, you can use the accumulated cashback whenever you want, immediately after the purchase or after several years., as long as your ProfitApp account remains active. However, if your ProfitApp account remains inactive i.e., no logins or transactions are occurring for an extended period of time, we may impose a monthly inactivity fee after 3 months of inactivity if you are a Limited account user, or after 12 months if you are a Standard account user i.e., “Known user”.
